Carol Boustead Gibb
Director

Carol trained as a nurse, working in intensive care in the UK, before completing her MSc in Health Services Research. She has wide experience in NZ, working in health market research and on large evaluation projects and recently completed her LLB qualification. Carol has a wide knowledge of qualitative research approaches, and has designed many innovative research projects working across the public and private sectors, and managing large multicultural research teams.

Dr Barry Gribben FRNZCGP
Director

Barry was a south Auckland GP working in a large multicultural practice for over 25 years, and Director of the RNZCGP Research Unit at Auckland University for 7 years.

With his background in epidemiology, computing and statistics he has developed the Reach IT and survey analytics team. In 2005 he recruited and has since maintained and expanded the Reach / HealthStat primary care database used for public health surveillance and medical research. Barry has over 50 published papers, mainly in population health.

Neil Tee
General Manager

Neil brings to the role a wealth of project management and service design experience and has led the delivery of over 20 household population surveys. He has a passion for process improvement and growing high-performing diverse teams. 

In his role, Neil has overall responsibility for the successful delivery of our research and telehealth operations, ensuring multiple projects run together seamlessly. 

Heni Tupe
National Field Director

Heni is the National Field Director for Reach Aotearoa.  She possesses a wealth of experience managing large sales and distribution teams and has led the Reach Aotearoa national field force for the past 10 years. Heni is herself an experienced interviewer and has a passion for public policy research.

Ivanna Thomson
Chief Financial Officer

Ivanna is responsible for all Reach’s finance functions and for driving excellence in the
day to day finance operations

Ivanna brings finance expertise and insight to the Reach team along with a passion
for partnering with owners and managers, and providing strategic and commercial providing strategic and commercial advice to drive business growth and success.
