Tom Robinson
Data Warehouse Manager

Tom has over 20 years experience in the IT industry and specialises in SAS and FileMaker programming. His skills and knowledge are highly regarded and include analysis, data warehousing, project management, documentation & standards, testing, and mentoring. His clients range from sole traders to large corporates and government departments.

 

Jack Gribben
Analyst / Programmer

Jack provides data analysis (R) and expert-level Power BI reporting, providing key fieldwork insights and real time reporting to sponsors. With a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons, Electrical) Jack also has .NET (C#) skills and has built wireless interfaces for Reach survey systems including automatic "showcards" and collecting data from survey measurement systems (eg BP, scales, laser height measurement) via bluetooth to speed up data capture and eliminate transcription errors.

Nikki West
IT Support Lead

As IT Support Lead, Nikki trains and mentors the Helpdesk Team to provide Reach staff with systems support. Nikki also reports back promptly any issues to the expert IT team to keep systems running smoothly.

Adam Laycock
Programmer

As a programmer at Reach, Adam is responsible for the development and implementation of surveys on the Reach platform. With a background in health sector IT and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Adam uses his passion for programming and problem solving to ensure that surveys are delivered accurately

Dean Mason
Analyst / Programmer

Dean has career experience working in surveys, data analysis, reporting, research and contracting services. 

Recently he completed a Masters of Analytics focusing on Pacific Mental Health and has several research interests in the fields of crime and victimization, health, economics and data mining.
